Who can access support?
DataClarity is committed to customer satisfaction and offers dedicated support to direct customers with a valid Maintenance and Support Contracts or who are in their evaluation period.
We encourage all customers to access the DataClarity’s Customer Care portal as a first step to resolve their issue. In addition, they can find technical documentation and helpful information about our products in the knowledge base at the same location.
If further assistance is needed, the customer’s designated support contacts may log a ticket using the Customer Care portal, email or telephone information provided.
